This 56 day caravan runs in early Jan 2019 to early March.

Once the open slots are spoken for, we will keep a waiting list of those who were unable to  sign up for want of space. So, should your plans change, you may be able to transfer your  slot to someone on the waiting list and in effect, get your deposit back.

After that, you are subject to the general terms of the Caravan company (TERMS) with regards to refunds, final payments, etc.

You will find the itinerary on this page, below the form. Once you fill the form out you will be re-directed to a page to pay a deposit. If you already filled out a form previously you can proceed direct to the deposit page HERE

Prices are per rig/couple. Tours & many meals are included, as are all RV Park fees. You pay fuel, tolls & insurance.

The price of the January trip is $8400 Canadian, or $6675 US.

Some addtional information may be found below the form

Additional Notes:

1) Communications on this trip will be using the Midland MXT115 GRMS base station radio. These have about 5 times the range of a CB and are very compact. They cost $150 US and can be installed permanently, or via a 10 min temporary install, and can likely be resold to a future caravan. They require a license to operate in Canada or the US, but not in Mexico. Once you are signed up for the caravan we will provide info on where to purchase one

2)There may be an opportunity for one or 2 rigs to return in late March from Mazatlan, with a standard caravan run by this company. No guarantee, but you can ask

3) Lewis & Lewis provide our caravans with a 10% discount on insurance, and their policies include medivac insurance to Vancouver, Canada, Houston or San Diego. BC residents can get a rebate from ICBC.

4) For those with late model diesels (mid 2007+), we have been informed by Pemex that ULSD diesel will be available throughout Mexico by Dec 2018

5) You may want to read the FAQ section that applies to all caravans. See FAQ. An info package may also be downloaded HERE. Keep in mind, as you read it, it covers the much more difficult Yucatan loop. This loop is a lot easier.

6) Participants on this caravan are entiled to a 15% discount on any future caravan with Caravanas de Mexico.
