First of all, Mexico is one of the more tolerant countries out there when it comes to alternative sexual preferences. Certainly more so than the United States.

We have now set a schedule & itinerary for a 62 day trip running Jan 9th to Mar 11th, 2019 or thereabouts. E-Mail [email protected] for a copy of the itinerary. It has become apparent from some responses that some are looking for a shorter trip. Most of our clientel on straight caravans are retired. It is becoming apparent that a number of those interested in this trip are not, and would be interested in a shorter trip. Like 21 -30 days. I need to confer with the wagon masters, but we are looking at possibly running a 21-30 day trip right at the end of this one, like around March 11th or 12th. That caravan would only be able to do Copper Canyon & Mazatlan and maybe Teacapan 100 km further south. It would cost a bit more per day due to the hotel & train costs for Copper Canyon. We can do a blended price for those who wish to do both.

We know Puerto Vallarta is of interest to many. There is one major RV park there that is usually quite full with a French Canadian Caravan. If we cannot get room there, we will use an RV Park in Lo de Marcos, which is easily acccesible by a cheap local bus that takes 1 hour. Our overall plan is to cross at Nogales, Arizona and travel down the west coast as far as Mazatlan, then transit the spectacular new Maztlan-Durango toll highway and visit the Colonial Cites of Durango, Zacatecas, Guanajuato & Guadalajara. We can also fit in the Monarch Butterfly reserve and the wonderful city of Patzcuaro. In the Guadalajara area, we would stay at the Villa Corona hotsprings resort and do a tour of Tequila and some nearby pyramids and also Roca Azul. Guadalajar has an acive LGBT scene and this is home turf for the wagon Masters. They pan to organize plenty of optional activites out of here.. We would then head back to the coast at Melaque for a few days of beach time, then north fro a weeks saty in Puerto Vallarta, another "gay Friendly" City also well know by the Wagon Masters, and then north. The length of this trip is 62 days. Costs will be around $115 a day US or $145 Canadian per couple/rig. That will include all RV parks, at least 21 meals and about 16 full day tours.

Chris & Eric, the Wagon Masters are an American-Mexican gay couple who live full time in Mexico and are very familiar with the scene there.

This should be a gay time for all (Sorry could not resist the pun).

Caravanas de Mexico is an all inclusive company. We have had 2 sets of gay wagon masters and use them for both gay & straight caravans.

Numbers on this caravan will be restricted to 12 rigs. If we have more than that we will start a wait list. To go direct to the deposit page click HERE
